Founded in 2012, Montalvo Strings began as a small group of friends brought together by a shared love of music. Over the years, it has grown into a trusted collective of more than 10 professional musicians, allowing us to create customized ensembles tailored to each event. While we offer everything from solo performances to larger groups, our duos and trios are especially popular, providing a rich, elegant sound that complements a wide range of venues and celebrations.

  • To secure your date, simply inquire for a personalized quote, sign the agreement, and submit the required retainer. Once both are received, your date is officially reserved.

  • We recommend booking as soon as you’ve secured your venue and ceremony time. Popular weekends often book 12-18 months in advance.

  • After booking, we’ll send you our music guide and repertoire list. If you’re unsure what to choose, we’re happy to recommend songs based on your wedding style and ceremony timeline.

  • Absolutely. If you’re not sure where to start, we’re happy to guide you through the process. Based on your style and preferences, we’ll recommend songs for each part of the ceremony and help create a flow that feels personal and meaningful.

  • Absolutely. You’re welcome to choose music from our repertoire, and we also include a few custom song requests for your ceremony. We’ll professionally arrange and prepare them in advance so they’re ready for your wedding day.
