Absolutely. You’re welcome to choose music from our repertoire, and we also include a few custom song requests for your ceremony. We’ll professionally arrange and prepare them in advance so they’re ready for your wedding day.

No, we’ll take care of those for you. We carefully curate the prelude and cocktail hour music from our repertoire to create a beautiful atmosphere while your guests arrive and mingle, but we will ask if you would prefer a more contemporary pop or elegant classical selection. You’ll only need to choose the songs for the key ceremony moments, such as the processional and recessional.

We play throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, but also travel frequently to Wine Country and the Sacramento area. Travel is included within our standard service area, and additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of it.

Yes. We love outdoor weddings as long as the musicians and instruments are protected from direct sun, rain, and extreme weather. If your ceremony is outdoors, we simply ask that a shaded area and stable ground be available if needed.

Our ceremony package includes prelude music while guests arrive and are seated, typically beginning about 20 to 30 minutes before the ceremony starts.

Yes. We offer live music for cocktail hours, dinners, receptions, and other wedding events. If you’d like music beyond the ceremony, we’d be happy to create a custom package.

Yes. We regularly coordinate with planners, photographers, officiants, DJs, and venue staff to ensure the music flows seamlessly with your timeline.

For acoustic performances, we simply ask for one armless chair per musician. If your venue requires amplification, we’re happy to discuss the best setup for your space, typically with your DJ.

Yes. To reserve your wedding date, we typically require a 50% nonrefundable retainer at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due closer to your wedding day. If you have specific payment needs, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
